Customer MUST fill out drop off form complete with details and must be signed (just as they would be dropping off at Service Department)
Employee is not to discuss symptoms of the vehicle or why it's being diagnosed or brought in for service. That should be discussed between the customer calling in for appointment and on the drop off form description; also when the advisor contacts the customer with diagnosis/information.
Employee is not to discuss the cost of any service if asked. Customer should refer back to the advisor.
When picking vehicle up from customer, must perform vehicle inspection walk-around with customer present. Make any notes on walk-around form (inspect for scratches, damages, etc...). Take good notes.
MUST wear gloves.
